Buying and registering a plot that is in court case?

I am planning to buy a plot in AP,India that is in court case. I am confident that I can settle the issue after the purchase and ask for the withdrawal of the case. My questions are: is the registration valid since the underlying plot is in court case at the time of registration? Can court nullify this registration in the future if unsettled or otherwise? After registration, will I get powers to fight the case with the neighbor or does it still continue with previous owner? What other issues that I need to be aware of before registering?

Please try to provide answer to each question.

Thanks in advance
