I need Birth Certificate for my mother to apply PAN card.
I visited personally SDM office in North delhi (Naya Bans) two days but got disappointed as the window opens for 2 hrs and there is no management for queues. No police constable.
I therefore need somebody who can assist us in all through this procedure.
Can I also get it done through Court with the help of a lawyer.
Pl suggest.
