Need ur advice , a week back a dealer and few people called my mother at their local office brainwashed her ... asked her to sign on a bayana receipt, gave the bayana payment . My mother told me about the deal paper next day .. ever since that day we have been asking that dealer to take his money back and cancel the bayana receipt as the cost of the house he has agreed to pay is very low as per the market and my mother was not aware , in depression and stress she signed those papers.
Please advise as to how can we cancel this , we do not have the contact details of the buyer and dealer says we have to pay the double amount of bayana(i.e 4 lacs twice of 2 lac), the dealer is refusing to share the details and is even refusing to meet us stating "u can not back out, deal to hoke rahegi" .And disconnecting our phone too. If this deal materialises we will be in great loss ,my mother hasn't shown them original property papers as they were with some other lady, so day signed deal by looking at photocopy of paper only.Now can we claim that those original paper have been lost?
My mother has lodged a complaint (though not a formal one that, she was pressurized and now when she is returning the money, the demand from other side is of twice the bayana)
Please help us get out of this situation
