sir i was unwell and out of station for a year
no bank statement was sent to me
forged cheques have been passed..account payee as well as cash
cheque book was in my drawer in office
subsequently 2 cheques ( forged ) were returned insufficent funds ans sec138 against me
what recourse do i have
