i have a query regarding arbitration. my query is my friend wants to challenge award under section 34 of arbitration act 1996 and the limitation period under this 90 days + 30 days but this period is over. then what are the remedies he has to challenge award?
it would be very helpful if any one attends to this query with case laws.
