An Application for Divorce Petition was got rejected under "Order 7 Rule 11(d)" by the Respondent husband; who had resorted to suppressing the vital material fact of registration of marriage with Registrar of Marriages>
Subsequent to rejection, the Petitioner wife had been successful in obtaining certified copies of Registration of Marriage .
She seeks to know, if she can file an application before the same Family Court under section 151 of CPC ? If yes, then
(a) which all other provisionsof CPC can be relied and
b) is there any Judgment on the subject, which she can rely upon
