How is mesne profit for agricultural land calculated incase or coconut orchard?
Can interest be charged on said amount and at what rate?

1. Agricultural land income can be determined only by records in the village revenue records (7x12 extract)

It lists only 20 trees and has never been updated. There are close to 150 trees in reality
