After grandson's claim over ancestrol property

Hello.

1) This is about my parents who got divorced when i was about 3 years old. My mother is a muslim and father a hindu. My custodian was my mother who did not demand anything from my father at the time of divorce. However, my father did not remarry.  He expired when i was 11.

2) My grandmother has two daughters and a son i.e. my father. one of this daughter i.e. my aunty is settled abroad and the other aunty (wife of Mr. A) expired long back. presently, my grandmother is staying with my uncle, Mr. A. and she is the possessor of our ancestral property who has given the power of attorney to my uncle Mr. A because of her old age.

3) Now what is want is late father's share in this ancestral property apart from the share of both my aunties. Will this claim of mine of one third share over this property turn out to be successful?
