Adding a spouse name in property

the property is in the name of my father. due to outside influence, he is saying that he will give the property in charity after my marriage. Being a daughter, i am concerned about the situation and want to include my mother's name in the property so that he may not take any wrong decision out of any outside influence. please guide me how can i proceed so that if he takes any decision he needs his wife's approval as well. thats all i want. it has to be joint decision whenever and whatever it is. please help... need guidance

since it his self aquired property he can do anything with the property as per his sweet will.you cant by any means make your mother a coowner of the property unless your father himself gifts part of the property to your mother

Sir, thank you for the rply..ofcourse it will be at his will only..but is there only a gift deed that will do...will it make both of them equal owner when its about taking any decision about property.. will it suffice consent of both the owners jointly when any of them wants to sell or take any decision on the property.. i dnt look forward to 50-50 equal share but actually a co-owner in real sense (as in the case of operating joint bank account, we need sign of both the members)
