ACCOUNT BLOCKED NI ACT

i got notice from three people..one deposited cheque of 500000/- and another 500000/- and another 250000/-...sended notice to me that your account blocked situation u given cheques by evil intemidation....i payed amount but they doesnot giving cheques back and foled case on me niact 138..account blocked agreed by notice issuer..account blocked case can i fight on merit please explain

They can file a case of 138 in case of the situation of �Account blocked�. Have you paid them the money already? If not, you can just pay the amount and get over with it.

I paid them but they doesnt return my cheques9 back
