Employee should record such transactions {audio/visual} and keep evidence/witness.

Once you raise allegations onus of proving the same is on you. If you have clinching evidence you cam tame, shame the boss and fetch penultimate action.

Such indivisuals are not fit to be left to loose around in civilised society.

Employer, line management, HR etc can not be rude leave apart abusive at work place.

You can also lodge a police complaint.

You re employer may insist to approach grievance redressal mechanism of the company and may institute an inquiry. If the HR is unbiased it may act against your boss but if it is for name sake only it shall endeavor to diffuse the situation and may not initiate a penultimate action against boss.

You can also approach your trade union.

Valuable advice of learned experts/members is sought.
