Against party ne state commission me appele kee waha se uski appele kharij ho hai
Ab kya mujhe ncdrc (national commission) me cavet petition file karni compulsory hai

Yes, you must file a caveat before NCDRC so that the other party may not get any ex-parte order for which you may have to take extra work.
