About land disputes.

Sir,

I and my family is going through a very very bad time. The reason is that about 13 years back my grand father sold a part of the land property of his own at which we are staying till now. About 7/8 month ago the buyer party filed a case against my grand father complaining that the land which was sold contains part of a galli road. But the road they are saying was moved to another direction many years ago before sale and the moved road is existing till now. Here, the tehshil/authority didn't converted the road to personal land and that's why the road is showing in the land Parcha/map till now which is actually not existing. The actual land is also there but the buyer party didn't getting their parcha/map in their name because of the road mentioned in papers. Further, about a weeks ago before they filed the case my father got the parcha in his name for the remaining part of that land which was donated by my grand father. Now my grand father is too old and all expenses has been borne by my father. we are afraid that the remaining land property of my father in which we are staying may effected by the case. If that happens then we can be no more. My father became ill for this situation. Our financial condition is also not good. The very painful thing is that we have not any kind of link with the land sale but the the case effects us badly. Now please suggest what can we do. We tried to solve the matter mutually with the buyer party but they didn't agreed. We met with many lawyers but nobody came to help us. At last a lawyer took the case but the matter isn't solved till now. Is there any law by which they can claim from our existing land of which the ownership has changed in the name of my father? Please suggest any kind of way to solve the matter.
