A khata without oc

Hi,

I am finnialising a property in Bangalore. Bellandur Outer ring road.  It is a 10 year old appartment and i am buying it as a resale property. 

The seller claims that appartment has A khata, but there is no OC. Since it is  old appartment there were no OC or CC relavent at that time. 

Is it ok to buy an apprtment without OC and CC

No-Objection Certificate (NoC) would not be given by the authorities to apartments and other big housing projects if the projects don't have a water source.

Go ahead and buy if other aspects of the papers are right. None of the small time builders provide OC they only provide possession certificate. If water, BESCOM already there no need to worry. Only purvankara, Brigade, prestige, and Shobha provide you OC via BBMP at extra cost.
