In a criminal miscellaneous petition, you can typically remove one of the prayers during the hearing, with the court's permission.

This is usually done by filing an application for amendment of the petition, specifically seeking to delete the undesired prayer.

Courts generally allow amendments to pleadings, including the prayer clause, if it serves the interests of justice and doesn't unfairly prejudice the other party.

You may not press for any or all the prayer(s) made therein the criminal  miscellenous petition.

What is the (specific) prayer and what is the case, where the petition is pending and at what stage.

There is no provision to amend a criminal petition before any of the Court.

Inform court that you don't want to press particular prayer and accordingly court will not pass any order on it.
