Well friends,
I mean what if-
there is a transparent system to get to know whose property it is actually....
and the fair market value....the paper value....etc...
the paper value to be determined by the central government...
Main thing
The person having his name in front of the property will be the rightful owner...
I mean just like a stock exchange works.....
everything so transparent.....
Since all the black money & bribe money is invested there only....

There are already such systems in place in countries like the US.
You can access all that information online.
Great idea, and india desperately needs it.

It has already started. you get 7/12 extract online. PR card online. letigations if any information online. as far as price is concern u get areawise data everywhere. still lot of updates r remaining. thanks to software this is only made possible by it.
