If you have any personal grievance against the referred advocate or if you have any documentary evidences against the advocate, then you may follow the procedures and lodge a complaint with the Bar council of Delhi in this regard and follow it up through them for all such further actions. The advocates of this forum cannot be of any assistance to you in general until and unless you choose one among the laweyers here to take up your case and assist you to draft the complaint and help you to navigate further.

DHBA / High Court do not have any such powers to debar any advocate from functioning.

How you are personally affected with functioning of such an advocate ?
