A civil appeal is pending at Joint Collector.In this case ,i am the respondent.Now can i file a suit for declaration of titile in the civil court and then serve notice a to Joint Collector asking not to pass any orders in the case as it is in the civil court.
I am in possession of that land but the petitioner is troubling me everytime.Moreovevr my doubt is that the petitioner is trying to manage the Joint Colelctor with political influence.
