I want to transfer 50% of my inherited property to my husband..iam the only legal heir of property..and iam receiving rental income from property and want to divide it between us..what's the proper way to do that and what will be the expenses ..And as lease agreement of property is active and iam receiving the rent..will it require a new lease agreement after transfer of share or just payment needs to be divided between us. pls reply.
In future any thing may happen u have inherited urs property don't blindly divide it if u have any love and affection over Ur husband u buy new property and register to yours husband name in u have sufficient income. I know that Ur not my client but as well wisher I advice u as above. accepting or rejecting is Ur choice.
