Perjury in Multiple cases

Cases running between A and B in High Court and lower courts. High Court issues perjury notice to B on the basis of application filed by A. B has made similiar allegations against A in lower courts. The acts of perjury are also of similar nature. Can A file application under CrPC 340 in lower courts also while the perjury application disposal is pending in High Court?

One perjury is not an answer for another. Hence every act of perjury is independent and having separate consequences. 'A' can file petitonU/S.340 before lower courts
