we had a 5 acres d-form land of my grand father gifted by govt. being a ex-serviceman. My grand mother before her death registered 2 acres land and sold to some other party. Now we have 3 acres land which is not showing in government web portal. But we have patta pass book and some randomly dated sisthulu upto 1988. Please give any suggestions to register the remaining land so that to avoid complications. Thanking you.

You should first make an application to the Tehsildar to get your patta rehistered online and offline too if it is not in full. After this the land shall be investigated and if there are no descrepencies, the land will be updated. There should not be any disputes of the account of the same has been clean and registered.
