Question Only For Law Expert

If any innocent person on which the police had registered two cases of robbery under Section 392 and 397, after which he had been jailed for 2 months, later the Hon'ble court gave the benefit of doubt in all cases.Aqcuittal has been done..In present, there is no pending criminal case against that person ... nor in any criminal case, it has been judged by the court as a fine or guilty ...

In such a situation-

1.Will it be eligible for all posts (IAS, IPS etc.) sent by the Public Service Commission after passing the Civil Service examination conducted by the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission)?

2. Does the benefit of doubt result in a negative impact on the candidacy?

3. Will the candidate be disqualified after giving information related to the attestation form before joining, as the case was robbed?

4. Does the UPSC be considered unfit for the post because of two cases of robbery, while he is free in all cases of doubt in the benefit of doubt?

5. Does the government job get a problem when the benefit of doubt is exhausted or is it considered to be exempt?

The chances appear bleak, and when particularly other deserving candidates may be having stainless record.  Members can not take future stance of any decision maker.  It all depends on Police report and the performance in interview and examinations.

1.  There is no legal bar to appearing in exams and/or joining any Govt. jobs, "ÏF" a judicial Court has given a clean Acquittal.

Happy to note that some is keenly reading all the posts, remembering the member that posted, though many members are not finally happy as the guidance is not given as they wished.

1.  WOULD it be proper for the Experts here to keep trying to make the queriest happy & satisfied.  Some people get carried away too beyond, even after receiving free suggestions /replies.

2.  I reckon that Experts suggestions /reply over here, is given on "Take it .OR. Leave it" basis.  For eternal satisfaction, the queriest can have a one-to-one paid consultation with a local lawyer or another expert "JIGYASU" who hallucinatinly claims himself as a "Legal Analyst".
