Court imposed fine

I am petitioner in family case with section 9 filled

I demands to change date and runs trial faster with application from petitioner side

But court imposed fine 10000/- for petitioner

What to do

Quick Summary
A petitioner in a family case was fined £10,000 for requesting a date change to expedite the trial. Advice suggests challenging the fine in the High Court or filing a review petition in the same court to request a reduction. However, some responses question the completeness and credibility of the facts presented, noting the lack of case details.

Challenge it before the High Court.

You have to pay the fine imposed by court otherwise you may have to file a revision petition before high court to set aside the orders passed by the family court for the reasons you rely upon.

File review petition in same court and pray. To court to reduce the amount of cost which is very high.

The facts posted are less than convincing.

What is the Case No.? Which Court?

Facts posted are vague, incomplete and unbelievable.
