I have been terminated from the largest PSU bank of India on account of voluntary vacation from service as I have been absent without permission. What are my chances of getting appointment from central or state government jobs like ssc, upsc, psc etc. My reasons for being absent was health issue in my family.

You availed the leave without permission, which is against the service rules, and your chances are less.
