i have 1 acre land geologist located a point to dig borewell but beside the point within 70meters there is another bore which is at others land, now he is stopping the bore well to dig ,and his borewell has no motor and not using it he already has another bore and a big well ,but for me there is only one point for borewell in my land ,how can i resolve this ,if i cant dig borewell i cant do farming ,because there is no soure of water in my land
