I am NRI living in Dubai since last 8 years with my family and i have 3 kids and they are all born in Dubai and they are citizens of Dubai and myself is Indian Citizens and my wife is Dubai Citizen,
I have property near Krishnagiri and some of local goons in our village when my brother went to village threatened him that property should be handed over to them else when my kids and wife come to india they will be killed.
What legal actions i can take from Dubai againt these goons?
