Death threat for my childrens and my wife - nri

If a threat persists you can lodge a criminal complaint against them for protection. 

But even without visiting India,  how do you say that they have threatened you or there's a danger for your children.

You can Lodge police complaint against said goons online also.

Your children were not in India except your brother.

So your brother need to take action by lodging a complaint with police in this regard.

Threatening to kill is a criminal offence and action has to be taken as advised by the leanrned lawyers. But why are they claiming that the property should be handed over to them. Is there a civil dispute?
