Mother died and her share in plot which was selfly purchased and occupied by her is inherited equally amoung her heirs i.e husband, son and two daughters. After the her husband was expired , can his childrens have right in their fathers inherited share?

According to Hindu succesion act kids will have right in acenstral property.
