For getting judgement copy

Dear All,

As a member public am I entitled to get judgement copy from a family court if applied under RTI by remitting required fees. The question I am raising because I got reply from court mentioning only the parties are entitled to get the judgement copy, if applied for certified copy in person. Kindly advice.
