Dear all,
My wife has filed 498a against me on 27-Dec-2011, court grant me bail and asked me to give attendance on every Thursday (11-00am to 1-00pm) in police station.
3 months has been passed but police has not submitted charge sheet, how long I needs to give attendance?
Many times attendance taking person is not available, if I ask any other police, they just ignore by saying it is not there work and they ask me to come on next day, so I give attendance on next day i.e. Friday. Will it create any problem in my case?
