498a filed, and we got bails and next???

Dear ALL.

I'm from Hyderabad AP as i saw ur conversation replies in LAWYER CLUB INDIA as I need some clarification from u... reg.498a 4&6 in my case I got married in Jan 2011 and in 3 months in may 2011 my inlawsfile this case...

Pls. reply me so that I can share with u to get rid from my illtreat wife and to quash my family members from 498a case and save them?

She filed 498a 4 & 6 and till know i did not put any case on them keeping patience and she is saying will file 4 more related cases if I not get bend to her demands..i want to know is there any case shall I put on her family to let them suffer and let them to come for compromise..

Pls. do advise

You cannot put any cases against your in laws legally. Try to settle the matter amicabally and come out of the criminal case.

but her behaviour is totally different and I am totally neglecting her and now by them and so planning to get divorce, but she is dragging me court putting more cases and all.. I have two younger sibblings yet to marry and my parents who are old and they need to be taken care..
