  • Aditya says : 498 & H1B
I am attending 498 filed in 2016. I am very close to get my h1b getting stamped. The main point is visa will be stamped for only 1 year initially. If utilized chances are there for an extension for another 2 years. My wife has no proper evidence to be submitted in the court, but still filed a case. Is it OK if I go to US in this case ? If yes, what is the procedure ? Can I simple leave without any notice ? If no, then what are the consequences when my in-laws and court comes to know about this ?
