i have filled copyright form online for an artistic work (coloured drawing). It is not to be used for goods nor in any relation to goods. It will be showcased as art work highlighting a method of drawing. Is TM-60 certificate necessary?
I have to now send hard copy of all the documents. Since it is not possible to replicate the drawing and make exact 2 copies of the same, is it ok to send coloured prints of the original art work?
the documents need to be submitted by post. will they accept courier?
