Written arguments

Hi all,

Iam the wife and appellant in DVC appeal in MSJ Court.

Please advice me on the following matters:

Can I file written arguments?
Is oral argument compulsory?
If I can file written arguments, are signature of advocate compulsory or can I sign and file the arguments?
What you recommend, oral or written or both?

Please help me in this regard.
