I cannot change my lawyer but he is not providing any info other than says "believe me"
Case: My brother filed case for property whch is on my name for 30 years in Gujarat. Court did punchnama and the court clerk matched my house with the Revenue register entry. Bottom line I have all the paper work to prove it.
Problem: My lawyer does not go to court for some reasons so we get dates all the time.because he finished his hearing but waiting on other persons lawyer to complete but without going to court he gives other party chance to ask for date.
Question: Finally Last time he went and he told me that he filed "Application for closing stage of argument". He did not clarify the meaning so I am asking the question, what does it mean. Dos this mean it close to the end?
