Video/Ad film business requirements

I have a team who make ad videos, wedding videos, short films etc. Till date we have been working for projects ranging between 50k-60k. now, we are getting bigger projects, especially government ads n all. 1st, the pricing is above 2lacs n second it's time we don't freelance with our savings account anymore. I want to know if we can get a trade license to do our job smoothly and then what are the other things(like taxes) that we can have. We can't afford to make it a company at the moment. Please suggest what's the best way to continue our work. We don't have ANY Idea ... Please help ! Thanks.
