Validity of GPA

Does a Power of Attorney given by a person become invalid on the death of the person ? If it becomes invalid, do the acts performed on the basis of the POA become null & void.?

1.  A duly Stamp Duty paid and Registered POA document, remains valid for all legitimate purposes,   TILL the POA  executor is alive, subsequent to which the POA lapses by legal default.

2.  All acts done, by a POA holder is done as a "constitutued attorney" of the  "STILL ALIVE"  POA executor, and all such Acts shall remain perpetually legally enforceable.  HOWEVER any act/s done by POA holder AFTER date of death of POA executor shall become null & void.
