Sixth cpc arrears

What are the facts? What are the issues, if any?

I am struggling for  payment of 6th cpc areears.  I am ex-professor retired from an SFI degree engineering college in Gujarat. it's now more than 8 years. Last year for same topic I had started discussion. the Tribunal has passed order which is faulty and biased. kindly refer the attached pdf file. I am not able to continue with same discussion thread. I will send the previous discussion thread. Mean while try to go through the attached file.

Which Tribunal are you referring? Is it the Administrative Tribunal?

If so, furnish the particulars.
