This is a query purely of academic interest.
If you are really serious to know the various details and procedures to implement the thoughts, better consult a local consultant and get all the things clarified.

Yes, this query is of academic interest, but in a forum, I expected, I could get accurate and better guiddance, than a local consultant, kindly help with more details if possible, Thank You Sir for the reply.

You yourself agreed that it is an academic query; then why are you repeating? The Principal is the Head of the College; he can look after the administration of the college. But for development and extension of blocks etc., it will be by the Trust Board. If it requires UGC grants, it is the headache of the Board.

Because I dont know something, I'm trying to gather some knowledge from learned people like you, if you could help me please do advise on role and limitations of trustees, if they can directly interact with students, punish them etc., I'm not repeating anything, just trying to get clarifications for a very large community of students.

Since the project involves number of authorities and their procedure, it would be better to consult experts on each issue separately.
No one is expected to know each and every subject, where you are not an exception.
However, no dispute existed in the facts posted by you.

I consulted with all possible sources, but unable to find an answer, just curious to know why, still now, no one of the student community never thought, whom they are reporting to(Unnecessarily), Government College students are really lucky enought to have the Principal of the college as the Head of the Institution, I suspect, these so called Charitable Trusts which are registered and run as per centuries old laws, not only have turned themselves into a cunning profit making business entities but illegally impose their own rules and regulations on students, parents, Teaching Faculty, Principal and anyone who comes in contact with them. Trying to figure out if there are any rules and acts which govern or restrict the authority of these trustees "IF ANY".

The posting suggests deeper issues. Please the complete and relevant facts bringing forth the real issue.

I've explained in the best possible manner known to me. I am curious to know, if there are any guidelines for charitable educational trusts and if there are any limitations for the trustees. I'm not concerned with any of their management with finance, operations, facility management, expansion etc. let them very well take care of their trust's property. But need to know if they can directly summon, interact, question, command and even punish the students. We students pay and get enrolled in colleges only to be taught and guided by Learned Teachers. My question is, who are these so called self designated - chairman's, md's, correspondent's, secretaries's etc ? can't the student community get some relief from these people, kindly help with any rules or regulations, so that we can raise a question against them, when needed.
