The propery is agriculture land pledged in bank for loan , and it was registered as gift deed by mentioning the survey no , donar now passed away. Is the registration valid now can it be challenged by other heirs as at the time of registration its mortgaged to bank.

The present physical possession, acquiring of the asset by the donar, relationship between the donar and donee , age & health of donor, etc are key factors. Better to engage an advocate and act as per his advice.
