Sir,
My parents expired and the property is in my father's name. I am the only son and my sisters are willing to
transfer their share to my name. As my two sisters and in the States and have become US Citizens after abandening their Indian citizenship. They said they cannot get an affidavit from Indian Embassey in this matter.
My question is : as they are no longer Indian citizens, can I go with the deed change with the others ? Your valuable advise is expected.
