Urgent : regular bail in winter vacation holidays

FIR with ipc 420/419/34 registered on 14Dec2013...not arrested but today at 10am anticipatory bail NOT rejected by Additional Session Judge of TIS Hazari Court DELHI but asked IO to arrest and do the investigation and again appear on 23rdDec2013..we are planning to give arrest to police today..winter vacation starting from Monday....what should be next step for us...we are afraid of arrest till 2ndJan2013 when vacation ending...please help...

You can apply for regular bail but it is unlikely that it will be granted as only link MM will be sitting . 

 

You can take your chance , it is surprising that you have not gone to High Court !

@nagpal sorry i had given wrong information..now corrected it...actually judge not rejected AB but asked IO to arrest and report on Mon,23Dec2013...please give ur suggestion now,...

brother you are trapped your bail will be cancel led and you will be put behind the bar , apply to high court to obtain AB .

read the court order, the bail is not rejected then the court can not directed to police to arrest the accused, read the court order carefully

Your query is not proper, if the bail is not rejected, it may be not to arrest,because the court after rejecting/dismissing the bail may not instruct the police to arrest, it is implied that the police may proceed in that direction, so please be clear in your query after going through the order properly.
