Stamp purchased, payment made, saledeed written and produced before sub registrar, registration fees All in year 2017.
But saledeed was not registered and kept with registrar office for rera registration.
Now A won case from Rera and registrar registered saledeed on 2024.
Now B brought civil suit for cancellation of saledeed in 2024.
From which date limitation will be counted from date when registration process commence or date saledeed executed.
