  1. File a counter or objection: You may want to file a counter or objection to the condonation of delay obtained by the opposite party, highlighting the alleged false information provided.
  2. Seek legal advice from a lawyer in Karnataka high courts.
  3. Check for available remedies: Your lawyer can help determine if there are any specific remedies or appeals available to challenge the condonation of delay granted to the opposite party.

Appearing as a party in person before high court is not an easy task, if you have missed out the hearing when it was listed then you have lost the chance to file an objection provided you have not filed it earlier.

Now since the court has passed an order against the condone delay petition you cannot do anything about it  because you have not recorded your objection to the condone delay petition.

You may have to challenge the case in appeal direclty on merits.

Once delay is condoned by the Court the issue stands decided and closed.

Nothing can be done now.
