I had signed one Released Deed in 2009 for Joint ownership of my flat with my brother in Mumbai for certain consideration.My brother paid me 15% of amount and there after as promised to pay me rest in installment. But upto 2021 he had not paid me balance.Now the building is going under Redevelopment and Builder had asked him to get NOC from me. I refused to give after 10 years because account was not setteled.The society and Builder call me and made me sign on Development Agreement which i executed.My brother is only one who had not sign DA.I came to know he had taken Token/Advance from one society members and now both are pressuring me Through Society to sign on fresh Released Deed which will be treated as NOC from me.The Released deed was not Registered.We both brother inherited this flat in1990 by virtue of Registerd will.Now the society had removed me from watsapp group and not sending any email.Kindly advice
