Statute of limitation for a property

What is the statute of limitation for a person (all adults) to file a case in following cases.

1. Overall WILL dispute

2. Inheritance sharing dispute

3. Transfer of property by WILL (in government record) but WILL is not available anywhere dispute

No limitatio, you can file a suit within three years from the date of knowledge.

Thank you Sir.

Does This means that after three years I cannot file a case. Just confirming because some of my friends said I can file after 25 years some said 12 years in case of inheritance property.
