Do not be hasty, as everything depends on mutual agreements between local dealers and manufacturers, and there must have been a clause to charge invoice in the name of a local dealer, if the manufacturer makes sales directly to others, so that the local dealer can get his commission. (Normally when a dealer is appointed manufacturer can not directly sell the product in that dealer's jurisdiction to evade dealer commission to the local dealer.)

Any fake claim can be confronted as per law on the basis of the documentary evidences and merits.
Hence i at all there is legal notice or any legal action in this regard, you may confront the same appropriately either by yourself or through the assistance of lawyer.
