" The lower court in 2017 has rejected the plaint under O7 R11 ""without making Decree"" . I filed appeal in 2017 against Order.

which is also dismissed by issuing Judgment and Decree by Appellet court. Hence I have filed appeal in winter vacation against Appellate court Decree and Judgment.

So what you want to ask ? If you filed for appeal already you need to work on that and see what the court decided; The grounds for challenging the order must be cogent .
