Restoration of interim orders

hi,

on the date of out of orders, the exparte interim orders was granted by the court, on the next date of hearing of the case, due to abstain of work by advocates, the petition for io extention was not filed, the interim orders were not extended - how the io are restored ? kindly pose your case laws to assist me, to proceed with the case.

DEAR SHANKAR,

UNLESS THERE IS WRITTEN / SPEAKING ORDER TILL THEN INTERIM ORDER IS CONTINUED, FOR STAY VACATION COURT HAS TO PASS SPEAKING ORDER. THERE ARE NUMBERS OF JUDGMENTS ON THIS POINT.
