i have a flat in mumbai and i have been letting it out to the same tenant for a period of two years each time for three consecutive times. i would like to know whether it is safe to renew the lease again as i am worried the tenant will create problems leaving the flat after staying continously there for eight years.

There is no problem in renewing the lease, but make sure you does required papers work every time when you renew lease.
