Threatening of warrant from kotak mahindra bank

I have few people from Kotak bank coming to my residence and threatening of warrant issued and I wil be arrested for a loan taken 3 lakhs but due to job loss and few more problems I'm unable to payback from last 1 year. When I checked a case status by case number shared by them it shows just case registered, but no date of summons issued or warrant issued. and I stay in bangalore and they say case registered in Calcutta. Wil this be true

Don't get carried away by such false information.

The reovery agents will use all types of tactics for the purpose of recovering the loan amount, they will threaten as if they have brought the police at your doorsteps too.

If at all there is any case filed, you will get the summons from court directly, you can then challenge the same in court or can participate in the case while looking for settlement in the meantime.
